Nollywood Star Week: NGOZI EZEONU

Ngozi Ezeonu hails from Anambra State and was born on 23rd May 1965 to Mr and Mrs D.O Ikpelu. Her first paying job was a hairstylist before she did a diploma course in Journalism.

The beautiful actress practised journalism for a short while before joining the Nollywood industry in 1993. She was given a supporting role in the movie “Nneka, The Pretty Serpent”. However, she had her breakthrough in 1994 when she starred in the popular home video film “Glamour Girls” alongside Liz Benson and Gloria Anozie.

Dry My Tears (2006)

Shattered Mirror (2012)

Women of Faith (2006) 
A God-fearing, reputable woman who holds a highly respected position in the Catholic church burdens herself with the problems of fellow distressed women while at home she suffers great humiliation from her in-laws for not being able to conceive a male child. Ego Mbute (2011)

In The Beginning (2002) 
In a final attempt to curb the wild ways of his son, a father involves his step-brother who takes him to the city but his antics attain a new level and almost cost his brother everything. Fabian Adibe, Patience Ozokwor, Kanayo O Kanayo.
