iROKO Star Week: Aki and PawPaw

Chinedu Ikedieze aka Aki was born December 12, 1977. The graduate of Mass Communication from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu State hails from Bende in Abia State. Aki got his first role in 1998 when he starred in Evil Men.

Osita Iheme aka Pawpaw was born August 24, 1982 into a family of 5. He hails from Mbaitolu in Imo State. The mass communication graduate from Enugu State University of Science and Technology had his first screen appearance in 2001 in the movie Cold War.
The duo had their major breakthrough in 2002 when they featured in Aki na Ukwa where they played the role of two mischievous children. In 2012, they launched a movie production known as APEN (Aki and Pawpaw Entertainment Nigeria); a platform for upcoming Nigerian actors.
