ALUU 4 Special Day on iROKOtv: Stop the Senseless Killings in Africa NOW

On October 6, 2012, Nigeria awoke to great sadness of the tragic
killings of four young students, killed in Aluu. Government officials,
Nollywood celebrities and students moved quickly to condemn
these appalling acts.
The entire iROKOtv family was extremely saddened by the news and
now, like so many others across Nigeria, we want to see an end to such brutal
killings across Africa. As of Monday 15 October, we have made the movie Somewhere In Africa, 2012” FREE on
This classic movie had previously been showing on iROKOtv
PLUS, our subscription service, but because the movie demonstrates the
brutality and senselessness of murder, we have made it completely free, in the
hope that many people will learn valuable lessons from its messages.  If
more people bear witness to and learn from the detrimental effects these
killings have on a community, they will be compelled to join in the fight to
make tragedies like the Aluu 4 a thing of the past.
